Yes. Once the NBN Co technician has installed your NBN Connection Box; they will ask you to sign a form confirming that you’re happy with the placement of your NBN Connection Box. If you’re not happy with its placement (e.g. if the technician didn’t install the NBN Connection Box where you told them to), do not sign the form. A complaint to NBN Co can be at
