How do I find out if there’s an outage in my area?


To check for an outage in your area:

1. Sign in to your Belong account using your email address and password
2. From the dashboard, navigate to Technical Support

3. Select Learn More to find information about any known outages in your area and, if the information is available, we’ll let you know when we expect your service to be up and running again.
