Why haven’t I received my modem?

Once your order’s confirmed your modem will leave our warehouse and you’ll be able to track it in your online account. Please allow 2-5 business days for delivery.
 
You don't need to sign anything when your modem’s delivered. If no one’s home, our courier will leave it at your address (the one you provided during sign-up).
 
If you live in a gated community or an apartment block which is not readily accessible and you are not home, our courier will usually leave a calling card and deliver your modem to the nearest post office.

Please contact us if:
  • You haven’t received your modem after 7 business days and there are no delivery details in your online account 
  • A courier has left a card, telling you your modem parcel is ‘undeliverable’, or
  • You can see that the modem was returned to sender (by looking in your online account)
