Why haven’t I received my modem?

Once your order is confirmed, your modem will be dispatched from our warehouse and you will receive an SMS with the tracking link. Alternatively, you’ll be able to track it in your online account. Please allow 2-5 business days for delivery.
 
You don't need to sign anything when your modem is delivered. If no one is home, our courier will leave it at your address (the address you provided during sign-up).
 
If you live in a gated community or an apartment block which is not readily accessible and you are not home, our courier will usually leave a calling card and deliver your modem to the nearest post office.

Please contact us if:
  • You haven’t received your modem after 7 business days and there are no delivery details in your online account 
  • A courier has left a card, telling you your modem parcel is ‘undeliverable’, or
  • You can see that the modem was returned to sender (by looking in your online account)
