What if I can’t make the current appointment or need it earlier?

If you can't make the current appointment, please sign in to your  Belong account. You'll find your appointment listed on the dashboard.

From there you can reschedule your current appointment to a more convenient time.

Please note however that we always schedule the closest available appointment so any changes will postpone your connection until that time. You also can't make any changes to your appointment within 48 hours of it being scheduled.
