What should I do if I have a complaint?

Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, our call centres are now closed. We hope to be able to take yours calls shortly. In the meantime, if you'd like to lodge a complaint, you can contact us via email at complaints@belong.com.au.

When you lodge a complaint about Belong Broadband, we will provide you with a case number, which we will use to track the resolution of your complaint.
