Once your order is confirmed, your modem will be dispatched. Please allow 2-5 business days for delivery.
You don't need to sign anything when your modem is delivered. If no one is home, our courier will leave it at your address (the address you provided during sign-up).
If you live in a gated community or an apartment block which is not readily accessible and you are not home, our courier will usually leave a calling card and deliver your modem to the nearest post office.
Please contact us if:
- You haven’t received your modem after 7 business days
- A courier has left a card, telling you your modem parcel is undeliverable
- You can see that the modem was returned to sender (by looking in your online account)
