What happens if my payment does not go through or I cancel my recurring payments?

If your payment doesn't go through, we will retry. If still unsuccessful, we will inform you by SMS to update your payment details at belong.com.au/pay.

If we don't receive your payment by the 10th day of the month, your service will be suspended; if we have not received your payment by the 25th day, your service will be cancelled.

When re-joining Belong after your service has been disconnected, you'll be charged the then-current activation fee plus any outstanding overdue amounts.
